助力中小微企業(yè)及女性創(chuàng)業(yè)者擴(kuò)大貸款渠道，尤其聚焦高貧困地區(qū)
菲律賓馬尼拉2026年2月12日 /美通社/ -- 亞洲開發(fā)銀行（Asian Development Bank，簡稱"亞行"）與GCash的貸款部門Fuse Financing Inc.將推出一項3000萬美元的具有里程碑意義的貸款計劃，刺激菲律賓中小微企業(yè)(MSME)的發(fā)展，這是東盟金融科技領(lǐng)域首個此類合作。

亞洲開發(fā)銀行私營部門業(yè)務(wù)局局長Isabel Chatterton表示："這一金融科技合作項目是亞行在東盟地區(qū)的首個同類項目，標(biāo)志著菲律賓普惠金融事業(yè)邁出重要一步。"
截至2024年，菲律賓登記在冊的企業(yè)達(dá)124萬家，其中超過99%為中小微企業(yè)。然而，融資渠道匱乏仍是其發(fā)展的主要障礙。亞行研究顯示，在中小微企業(yè)面臨的挑戰(zhàn)中，信貸和資本獲取難度僅次于市場準(zhǔn)入問題。由于缺乏可靠資金支持，部分小企業(yè)被迫在12個月內(nèi)停止運營[1]。

逾250家中小微企業(yè)代表在塔吉格市舉行的活動現(xiàn)場見證了這一里程碑式合作。菲律賓貿(mào)易與工業(yè)部(DTI)提名的10家中小微企業(yè)獲得資本支持，以助其推進(jìn)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展。貿(mào)易與工業(yè)部部長Ma.
